Professional Program and Clinical Experiences Applications System




Practicum and Student Teacher Candidates:
We will need you to email the following items in order to process your application
(please send all of the items below to Silvia Baptista at Baptista@hartford.edu) :


1. A copy of your receipt showing that you've paid CREC to have your fingerprinting done
(this could be the receipt or the page containing your prints).
You had the prints done when you signed up for the Professional Studies Program.


2. A current, up-to-date resume (no spelling or grammatical errors as this will be shared with school districts)


3. A short (one or two page) Philosophy of Education (this is used as a sample of your writing ability.
It is shared with districts...make sure there are no errors, spelling or otherwise).

Please know that your application is not complete until we have your application and these three items,
and that we will not be sending out a request for placement until your file is complete.
The deadline for summiting your complete application is Friday, February 27, 2015.
